Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how Pixelartpk S.L. uses them on pixelartpk.com and how you can manage them. We comply with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI), the GDPR and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency on the use of cookies (2023, in force in 2026).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website installs on your device when you visit it. They allow you to be recognised as a user, remember preferences and obtain statistical information about the use of the site.
2. Types of cookies we use
Technical cookies: necessary for the basic functioning of the site (selected language, consent banner). Analytical cookies: help us understand how the site is used in an aggregated and anonymous way. Personalisation cookies: remember your display preferences. We do not use cross-site advertising tracking cookies.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
Pixelartpk implements Google Consent Mode v2. This means any analytical service is loaded only after your explicit consent. While you do not accept, the parameters analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain in "denied" state.
4. How to manage cookies
You can accept or reject cookies from the banner shown on your first visit. In addition, all modern browsers allow you to configure cookie preferences in their settings. For more information, visit your browser's website (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
5. Retention period
Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (kept for a maximum period of 13 months, in line with AEPD guidance).
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in legislation or in our practices. The last updated date is shown at the top of this document.
